MEMBERSHIPS SUBSCRIPTIONS
Memberships are automatically billed on a pre-paid recurring billing basis – either monthly, quarterly or yearly. The payment method used at the time of ordering will be billed automatically, to pay ongoing yearly\quarterly\monthly subscriptions.
To cancel a subscription agreement you must log into the Customer profile and cancel your subscription by going to the manage subscriptions.
The subscription must be cancelled AT LEAST 3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE RECURRING PAYMENT IS DUE.
The system does not guarantee to send out automated reminder notices when a subscription is coming up for renewal. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to keep an accurate record of when a subscription reoccurs.
